This morning we woke up early to wonder about Valdosta to look for yet another place to call home. When we first got married we were in a nice two bedroom two bath in a nice apartment. However, our plans were to be only there for nine months in hope to be moving to North Georiga. After the nine months was up we found ourselves unable to move and needed to chose to re-sign our lease that had actually gone up an extra $100 a month or find another temporary place. Both Josh and I couldn't see paying $800 a month for an apartment place, so we decided to venture out and find someplace less expensive. We found a cute, yet SMALL duplex. The rent was extremely low and we both decided for now this would be best. What we only thought would be a year we have now been in this shoebox, yet cozy one bedroom, one bath duplex. This little place we have called home even though has been nice and cozy, and nice price wise we feel ourselves getting a little too cramped. Josh decided a few days ago it was about time to move into something bigger. I of course waisted no time looking for new places around town. So back to the present. We found a three bedroom one and half bath in town with a huge fenced in back yard (meaning we could get a puppy!) just perfect for what we need. Oh and the rent is a great deal! We haven't seen inside yet, but by peaking in the windows it looks pretty promising! Josh called and left a message with the office, so now all we are just praying everything works out; Rent is amount is correct and the inside is effiecent and duable. So if this all works out (hopefully we will know for sure tomorrow) we will be moving once again, but its great to know this will be, Lord Willing, the last time until we move into our permanent home is finished. Yes, we are building! Starting sometime this year. First we have to find land! (More info about that to come later :)
Meanwhile we are just praying everything works out with this house
